LVLV INVEST was created from the scratch by Julia Laura Anghelescu the CEO and the brain behind this Exclusive Real Estate Project.
A young CEO that from an early age worked in different fields like Builders Companies, Head of Rentals Department’s and Certificated Agent of Louis Vuitton Division – LVMH.
LVLV INVEST CEO saw the potential that Costa del Sol has to offer and the high demand 0 Millennial Clients that are conscious and aware of how important it’s to live in healthy and natural environment, enjoying in winter the Sierra Nevada Sky Station and during the hole year the Mediterranean Sea.
The idea of a Sustainable, Ecological & Solidarity Real Estate was born in the first lockdown when she understood that it was a market with high demand and an important slice of it that wasn’t attended and she went for it ; determined to start this project she studied the European Tendency of “Building Green” and saw that the Spanish Market aligned to the European Standards.
